Four distinct concepts
- Content rewards may recognize eligible original media after review.
- Referral commissions may relate to qualifying purchases attributed under future rules.
- Cash rewards would be tracked separately from store credit.
- Store credit would require its own use and expiry rules and would not automatically be withdrawable as cash.
Submitting content, publication, reward eligibility, and a referred purchase are separate decisions. Trustpilot reviews and other public opinions are separate from reward eligibility and do not need to be favorable.
Eligibility
In this prototype, one order has one editable content package with one or more purchased products. Multiple social posts belong to that package; a public social URL is optional. The single base content reward eligibility is separate from referral-order rewards. Honest reactions are welcome; rewards never require a positive opinion or five-star rating.
Details to be confirmed. Participant regions, ages, account requirements, content criteria, program acceptance, and grounds for exclusion are undecided.
Referral links, codes, and attribution
Details to be confirmed. Link or code issuance, attribution priority, attribution duration, cookie or tracking use, and treatment of competing sources have not been approved. This draft does not promise lifetime attribution.
Qualifying orders and repeat purchases
Details to be confirmed. Eligible products, customer and participant self-purchases, taxes, shipping, discounts, cancelled or fraudulent orders, and repeat-purchase eligibility require approval.
Pending and available rewards
A future record may distinguish pending, available, paid, and reversed amounts. Pending and reversed amounts do not form part of the available balance.
Details to be confirmed. Review conditions and timing are undecided; the account preview uses configurable illustrative rules, not final campaign terms.
Refunds and reversals
Details to be confirmed. The effect of cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks, partial refunds, and order adjustments on rewards requires approval.
Payouts and redemption
The intended accounting principle is that a completed payout reduces the corresponding available balance while the reward and payout transactions remain in history.
Details to be confirmed. Rates, reward values, currencies, payout methods, redemption options, thresholds, fees, verification, and schedules are undecided. No monthly payout or automatic withdrawal is promised.
Misuse and review
Details to be confirmed. Duplicate or misleading referrals, automated activity, false identity, rights violations, manipulation, appeals, suspension, and removal procedures require final rules and review.
