Submit only content you created or content you are authorized to share. People, artwork, music, locations, and other third-party material may require separate permission.
The current submission form asks for an authorship or permission acknowledgement. That checkbox is draft wording and does not replace a reviewed production agreement.
Public credit or anonymous display
Contributors should be able to choose an approved display name or publication without their name. A private contact email should remain separate from public credit. A social handle is optional.
Review before publication
Submission does not guarantee publication. Content and the supplied permissions may be reviewed before any website display. Publication and reward eligibility are separate decisions.
Content does not need to praise NIENIENIE JAPAN or express a favorable opinion. A five-star or Trustpilot review is never required by this draft.
Links to original social posts
A public original-post link may provide context and permitted credit. A link alone does not grant permission to copy or republish the linked media, and the current preview does not import, scrape, or embed it.
Website display permission
The current form separates permission to display approved content on the NIENIENIE JAPAN website using the contributor's chosen credit. Final wording must define the permitted display, edits or formatting, duration, and withdrawal process without creating an unlimited license.
Separate permission for additional promotional use
Use on social channels, advertising, paid promotion, or other campaigns should require clear additional permission. The current optional social-use checkbox says the store may ask; it does not grant automatic advertising rights.

Requests concerning published content
A verified channel will be provided for questions about credit, correction, permission, or removal of published content.
